Gerard L. Guderian, MD
Dr. Guderian grew up in the Nassau Bay community, where he still lives today. He earned his medical degree at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock and completed an internship and residency at UTMB-Galveston. He started Calder Urgent Care in League City seven years ago and built it into the practice it is today.
He is an avid athlete and cyclist and enjoys worldwide travel with his wife, Rhonda.

Sonia Sood, MD
Dr. Sood earned her medical degree in New Delhi, India. After completing an internship at Henry Ford Hospital in the motor city, Dr. Sood and her family moved to Birmingham, Alabama to finish her residency. She has been with Calder Urgent Care for 3 years and is a delightful, well-loved addition to the staff.
Dr. Sood and her husband, Dr. Gagan Sood, live in League City with their two children. Both Drs. Sood are avid runners who love to compete in marathons.

Frank Land, APRN
Frank Land was born in Galveston and raised in Texas City. He became a nurse out of a strong desire to care for others. Both his undergraduate Nursing degree and Master of Science in Nursing were granted by UTMB-Galveston. Frank has both an emergency nurse practitioner distinction and family medicine nurse practitioner certification.
Frank is an accomplished outdoorsman who also enjoys exercise and running. He and his wife live with their 3 children in a Dickinson home built by Frank and his father.
Larry J. Settles, PA-C
Larry is a native of Philadelphia where he completed his Bachelor in Science/PA degree. Larry brings a wealth of background experience to his position at Calder Urgent Care. His clinical skills were developed in a variety of venues, from emergency care, institutional care, private settings and corporate positions. He is extremely knowledgeable in workers’ compensation and workers’ injuries.
His primary entertainment activity is keeping up with his 1 year old daughter. Larry and his family live in Sugarland.
Kevin Prince, NP
Kevin M. Prince received his B.S.N. degree from UTMB and his M.S.N. from UT Health Science Center-Houston. He has worked in many of the busiest emergency departments in the city and is well trained in trauma care. Currently involved in telehealth projects, he is pursuing and MBA/MHA at the University of Houston.
Kevin spends his limited spare time trying to keep up with his preschooler, 2 year-old twins, and new baby, assisted by his wife, Sarah.
